Karim Al Falasi 

Group Vice President - HR & Business Support

Karim Al Falasi is an accomplished HR and Corporate Services executive with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Workforce Transformation, and Corporate Support Governance. A trusted and results-driven leader, he has a proven track record in delivering sustainable business outcomes through enterprise-wide restructuring, workforce optimisation, cost rationalisation, and operational excellence across complex, multi-country environments.

Karim has held senior leadership roles across oil & gas, aviation, facilities management, entertainment, and hospitality. At OSC Group, he architected and leads a centralised HR and Corporate Support operating model spanning the UAE, KSA, Oman, Malaysia, Belgium, and the U.S., driving measurable cost savings while strengthening governance, scalability, and compliance. His expertise encompasses organisational design, performance and succession management, corporate services transformation, and advisory contributions to Board and Executive Committee deliberations on workforce strategy and risk.

Karim holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Essex and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). He is recognised for translating strategy into disciplined execution and delivering lasting organisational value.

Firas Wanli 

Chief Financial Officer

Firas Wanli is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with over 25 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Strategy, Human Resources, and Information Technology. ​ A persuasive and tenacious business leader, he has a proven track record in driving positive business results through strategic development, change management, cost rationalization, governance strengthening, business process optimization, and technology enablement. ​

Firas has held leadership roles across diverse industries, including financial services, real estate, non-profit organizations, and investment firms. He has successfully designed and implemented financial efficiency plans, restructuring strategies, sustainability initiatives, and cash management solutions. ​ His expertise extends to shared service centre creation, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and ERP implementations.

Firas holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Auditing from Kuwait University. ​ He is a certified CPA, CIA, CMA, and CFM. ​ Fluent in English and Arabic, he has authored an MBA thesis on challenges facing Islamic financial institutions in Kuwait. ​

Alaa Yassin is an accomplished Finance Leader with more than 20 years of experience driving operational excellence, strengthening financial governance, and supporting strategic growth. As Group Vice President – Finance Operations at OSC Group, he leads the finance function across more than 20 legal entities spanning the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Asia.

Prior to joining OSC Group, Alaa held a Senior Manager role at Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du), where he managed large-scale finance operations and contributed to major system integrations, ERP implementations, and governance enhancements. His leadership approach is centred on accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring that financial strategy remains closely aligned with the organization’s long-term objectives.

Alaa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Philadelphia University and a Certificate in Finance, Accounting, and Business from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Fluent in English and Arabic, he is recognized for his commitment to professional mentorship and his ability to build high-performing finance teams in complex, global environments.

Shadi Masadeh is an accomplished Executive Leader with over 23 years of international experience in Management, Business Development, and Commercial Operations. A determined and strategic leader who has a proven track record driving significant business growth and leading strategy development and execution, operational excellence, and organizational culture shaping.

Shadi has held senior leadership roles at prominent global organizations, including Weatherford International and NOV. Throughout his career, Shadi has successfully managed significant sales pipelines, spearheaded complex market entries and re-entries across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia, and delivered record-breaking revenue growth in key industrial segments. Shadi is known to be a team player who takes pride in developing high-performing talents.

Shadi holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Jordan and completed the Accelerated Development Program at Rice University in Houston. Natively fluent in both English and Arabic, he is recognized for his technical and commercial capabilities, disciplined work ethics, and his ability to navigate challenging business environments.
