To reinforce this culture, OSC has established a dedicated Speak Up channel. Any concern relating to misconduct, unethical behaviour, regulatory breaches, or non-compliance may be reported confidentially at confidential@oscdubai.com.
All reports are handled independently, with strict confidentiality, objectivity, and diligence. Retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith is not tolerated.
