Quality Policy
Oilfields Supply Center Limited Group(“OSC”) offers technical, commercial and administrative services globally to companies involved in activities related to the Oil, Gas, and Energy Industries. This includes provision of the following services/products ranges: Administration, Facilities, Logistics, Fleet Workshop, Engineering and Manufacturing.
OSC is committed to continually delivering products and services that consistently meet or exceed customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements across al our business units and legal entities.
Through a unified Quality Management System governed by our Headquarters and implemented by each business unit, we will:
• Focus on understanding and fulfilling the needs and expectations of our customers and other relevant interested parties.
• Comply with al applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations in every market where we operate.
• Establish, monitor, and review quality objectives aligned with our strategic direction at both corporate and business unit levels while accomplishing the Mission and Vision of the Group.
• Promote risk-based thinking, process effectiveness, and evidence-based decision-making to optimize productivity, manage costs, increase awareness and improve financial performance.
• Continualy improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System, products, services, and processes through regular internal audits, management reviews and through data analysis for customer feedback and nonconformities.
• Develop and engage our people, fostering a culture of accountability, competence, and quality ownership.
This Quality Policy provides the framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives and is documented, communicated, understood, and applied throughout the organization and available to relevant interested parties. It is reviewed annually or as required by top management to ensure continued relevance, suitability, effectiveness and alignment with our strategic direction.
