Smith International Gulf Services (M) Sdn Bhd (SIGS Malaysia) is a 70% Bumiputra-owned subsidiary of SIGS. Established in 2008, SIGS Malaysia commenced operations in Port Klang before relocating its facility to Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang, Johor.
Since its inception, SIGS Malaysia has invested in a skilled workforce and advanced technologies, enabling significant growth of its gasket division and strengthening its regional presence.
Today, SIGS Malaysia offers a comprehensive range of fluid sealing solutions, including spiral wound gaskets, metal ring joint (RTJ) gaskets, flat cut gaskets, flange insulation gaskets, metal-clad heat exchanger jacketed gaskets, and kammprofile gaskets. The facility also provides value-added services such as waterjet cutting, laser cutting, and CNC machining solutions.

Ring Type Joint Gaskets (RTJ)
RTJ gaskets are metallic rings for high-pressure, high-temperature flanges, used in oil, petrochemical, valves, and pipelines, compliant with ASME B16.20 and API 6A.
Spiral Wound Gaskets (SWG/SPW)
Spiral Wound Gaskets seal up to 250 bar and -200°C to 1000°C. Easy to install and remove without flange damage, with materials adaptable to varied conditions.
Insulating Gasket Kit – Type F
Installed within the bolt circle, the outside diameter extends to the inside of the bolt hole circle. Bolts assist with accurate alignment during installation.
Flat Cut Gaskets
CNAF, PTFE, and Graphite flat cut gaskets provide reliable sealing, combining chemical resistance, durability, and high-temperature performance.
